As part of its organizational development journey, Gram Sathi is associated with the Niranthara Classic Programme of Dhwani Foundation, a comprehensive organizational development and change management initiative designed specifically to strengthen grassroots organizations. The programme works closely with organizational leadership, board members, senior management, and programme teams to build stronger systems and processes that contribute to long-term institutional sustainability.
